01 / The board

One rectangle.
Every state handled.

A single 400×710 Link source runs the whole match on its own. Scroll and watch it move through every state. You only press Start.

Waiting idle

Banners up, clock parked at your match length. The host handle in the standings is real; everyone else is a bot standing in for a viewer.

Running 1:00

Live standings, top 12, medals for the podium. A row flashes the moment coins land on it, and rows slide when the order changes.

Snipe delay 0:20

At zero the snipe clock takes over — 20 seconds by default, red across the board. Optional: every new gift resets it.

Winner ended

Highest total takes it. Crown, confetti, handle and coin count fill the whole rectangle.

Tie ended

Level on top? The TIE screen fires instead. Continue in the panel resumes the match with 1:00 on the clock.

Vouch after win

A vouch prompt follows the winner: type vouch in chat to confirm the trade. Then the host presses Back to board.

Top banners
Vouch count, NO MINIMUM, snipe badge. Text, colour, spacing and roundness are yours; the border follows the stroke.
Clock + bar
Tektur numerals with a two-stop gradient, progress bar underneath. Both turn red in the snipe.
Standings
Sorted live. TikTok display names and profile pictures come straight from the gift event.
Participants
A running count of everyone who has sent at least one gift this match.
Counting rules
Anything after the clock hits zero is ignored. Streak gifts count once, when the streak ends.

03 / Clips

Every clip,
inspected.

Every TikTok gift that has an animation ships wired — 782 native-alpha clips — each a WebM of the real effect that plays on its own see-through Link source (/fx) the instant the gift arrives. A sample is below; the numbers are read from the files, live.

Corgi

Placement
Per-clip X / Y / width as a percentage of the real Link source box. Drag it where you want it in the FX editor and save.
Crop
Edge crop per side, up to 45% — trims baked-in padding so the clip sits tight against your board.
Sharpness
Unsharp mask, 0–100, per clip. Small clips scaled up on stream stop looking soft.
Keying
Chroma key for green-screen clips, near-black removal with a tunable threshold. Native-alpha clips need neither.
Gift pill
“Nova sent Corgi ×3” with the sender's real display name and profile picture, looked up from tiktok.com and cached on disk.
Viewport
The overlay reports the exact size TikTok Studio gives it, so the editor can match it in one click.
Add your own
Drop a .webm / .mp4 / .gif into the animations folder. It's playable immediately, no server change.
Watermark
Every clip on this page carries the Naxui mark while it plays and cannot be saved from the player. On stream the clips are clean.
04 / Setup

Three steps.
No account.

One line in PowerShell, your key in the loader, and the board is live. No installer, no unzipping, no account — and nothing left on the PC when you close it.

Run one line

Open PowerShell and paste irm https://naxui.dev/run | iex. The Naxui loader opens in a few seconds. Type the key you got when you bought, press Load Naxui, and the control panel opens.

Add it to LIVE Studio

The control panel shows your board link — add it as a Link source in TikTok LIVE Studio, and add /fx as a second source for the animations. Set that source to Custom resolution 1080 × 1920 so it stays razor sharp. Want the gift pill above everything, like TikTok's own tray? Add /pill as a third source at the top of the list. On OBS, a Browser Source at localhost:3100 works directly.

Go LIVE and connect

Type your @ in the panel and press Connect to Live. The dot turns green and real gifts land on the board, each firing its own TikTok clip. Press Start when the bids are ready.

05 / Under the hood

What it actually does.

No dashboard, no subscription server in the middle. A small Node process on your machine serves two pages and talks to TikTok's public LIVE feed.

Runs on

One Link source for the board, an optional second one (/fx) for animations. See-through mode with ?transparent=1.
Live updates
Server-Sent Events with a polling fallback, so it stays live through tunnels and proxies that buffer.
Gift source
Connect to Live reads TikTok's public gift feed for your @. Or push gifts yourself: POST /webhook with an optional shared secret.
Counting
Streak gifts count once, when the streak ends. Duplicate message IDs are dropped. Gifts after zero are ignored.
Persistence
Theme, FX layout and saved usernames are written next to the app and survive relaunches.
Port
3100 by default. Change it with PORT in .env.
Privacy
Only the board page is exposed through the link. Your @ is public anyway. No password, no login, ever.
